For a single annual fee FSMC will ensure your legislative compliance through the following:
- Preparation of a Fire Safety Manual (One off fee)
- Fire Safety Manual revision
- Preparation of a Fire Safety Risk Assessment
- Prepare a Fire Emergency Plan with ongoing review and revision as required.
- Fire Evacuation Drills at six monthly intervals
- Brief fire training for Fire Wardens at time of fire drills
- Liaison with visiting fire officers who give notice of attendance to survey the building or review any particular fire safety element to advise of the Fire Safety Management strategy provided.
- Provide a telephone help-line with day-to-day assistance on matters of fire safety
- Assist our Client to improve the building asset value.
